Our Recalibration Retreat is an invitation to get present, nourish your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom in a setting that feels both deeply grounding and expansively alive.
Hosted at the most joy-inducing, colorful Catskills getaway of our wildest dreams – this retreat blends community coaching, somatic practices, intuitive exploration, connection, play and spacious rest with nature as our co-regulator.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore topics related to long-term vision, authentically-aligned living, practice gentle somatic movement, engage in nature-centric ritual, and deepen our intuitive capacities – in an intentionally scheduled arc, crafted to help you clear the fog and step into summer feeling clearer, steadier, and more deeply rooted.
You’ll be nourished chef-crafted, farm to table meals from Vilda Gonzalez that are both decadent and deeply replenishing.
Be prepared to laugh – a lot – and maybe even cry (a little).
Between group sessions, you’ll have generous time to tune into nature, sip coffee on the porch, journal in the hammock, gather around the fire, or simply rest – without urgency, productivity, or pressure.

Vilda Gonzalez is a chef, recipe developer, and writer whose work spans private dinners, retreat cooking, recipe development for brands, teaching classes, and advocating for more sustainable local food systems.
She believes food can be both indulgent and nourishing, and her mission is to rewire our collective relationship to eating well through seasonality, sensuality, and storytelling.

MIND-BODY WISDOM
All weekend you’ll be learning and *experiencing* the most potent practices for healing and recentering – mind, body, spirit.
From sound to breath practice, to movement and more… You’ll not only leave feeling refreshed, but also have several new “tools in your toolkit” to work with when you get home.
