FREE - Winter Solstice Drum Journey

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year but also - the precise astronomical turning point when daylight begins to return. From this moment forward, each day holds a little more light. Isn’t that lovely?

This seasonal inflection point reminds us that even in our darkest stretches and moments that feel like endings – something new is always being birthed… something is always, also brightening.

To commemorate my favorite holiday, I’ll be hosting a gentle, guided Shamanic Drum Journey to honor this threshold and invite you to experience the power of this deeply healing practice.

Sound intimidating or too “woo”? I promise it’s not:

The repetitive rhythm of the drum is one of the oldest tools humans have used to access deep states of relaxation and insight. From a neuroscience perspective, steady rhythmic sound can help shift the brain out of high-alert beta waves and into slower theta brain states (around 4–8 Hz) – the same range associated with meditation, creativity, intuition, and vivid inner imagery. It’s similar to how binaural beats work, but far more embodied.

And lord knows – all our busy brains could use some DEEP REST.

During the journey, you’ll be lying down while listening to a recorded drum track by Sandra Ingerman, one of the most respected voices in modern shamanic practice. I’ll be guiding you on a meditative journey into your inner world or perhaps into a rejuvenating state of “almost” sleep.

What to expect:

  • A nervous-system reset at the darkest point of the year
  • A guided inward journey to reconnect with your intuition
  • A ritual to release the old and invite new insights
  • An invitation – but no expectation – to share your experience with the becoming community circle
  • No prior experience required. No belief system needed. Just curiosity, a willingness to rest, and an openness to listening inward.

Come as you are.

Pajamas ENCOURAGED.

New levels of inner wisdom = unlocked.
